Nika BioTechnology, Inc. (NIKA) is a biotechnological company, which specializes in the treatment of AIDS, Chronic Hepatitis B and C, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Cancer, Diabetes, and all diseases, for which a strengthened cell immunity is of vital importance. NIKA specializes in the field of scientific research with the goal of creating and developing new drugs and dietary supplements. Our intellectual property includes six drugs in injection form – two of which have successfully undergone clinical trials with good treatment results – and eight dietary supplements.

As a public company, NIKA strives to grow sustainably based on innovation, production and distribution. For the immediate future, a large part of the profit from the sale of its drugs and dietary supplements will be allocated to new investments in innovation and production, as well as for setting aside reserve capital. It is our firm belief that a company is strong when it has a sustainable business, thinks innovatively, sets aside money for science, innovation and manufacturing, and maintains a high level of reserve capital.

President and Chairman

Dimitar Savov

Dimitar Savov was born in Sofia, Bulgaria on March 14, 1958. Savov graduated from the Dimitar A. Tsenov Academy of Economics as a magister of economics with a specialty in accounting and control with a minor in finance. During the political changes in Bulgaria of November 10th, 1989, Savov started a private business by creating the first private petrol company and in a time of crisis with a lack of fuel, Savov created a chain of the first private and modern gas stations in Bulgaria named Elpida 3. He brought the company to a highly competitive level and practically saved Neftohim Burgas from bankruptcy and Bulgaria from a fuel shortage. For the past 25 years, Savov has funded and developed projects in the pharmaceutical field with the goal to provide medicine for treatment of various life-threatening diseases including AIDS, Cancer and others.

Savov is the author and host of the TV program “Conversations about God and the Human”, which aired on TV1 Bulgaria. In 2021, Savov published his first book About God and the Human in Bulgarian and intends to publish the same in English based on his publications in the Facebook page of the same name. Savov is the founder and president of the foundation Saint Nicholas of Myra. Savov has two children: a daughter named Dr. Nadezhda Savova who is a PHD graduate from Princeton and a son named Hristiyan Savov who is a Magna Cum Laude graduate in Economics and Philosophy from Furman University. Savov has three grandchildren: Love, Sofia, Marian and his wife, Darina, is a teacher in the German language.

Clifford Redekop

Clifford Redekop has an honors liberal arts degree from Brock University and served in the Canadian Navy for twelve years. His first five years in the Navy were as a destroyer weapons officer and the remainder as a public affairs officer. Postings and assignments were across Canada and in Germany, and with many experiences as Defense Department spokesman for multiple casualties and politically sensitive situations. Further education included graduate school training in communications management and journalism. After leaving the Navy, Redekop moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and became a commercial real estate broker/investor/developer. Redekop is a licensed broker in Nevada and Utah. Currently, and for the past six years, he has specialized in assisting companies launch major expansions and in merging private businesses into public companies. He has also worked with a number of Native American Tribes in assisting them to bring economic development to their reservations.

Dr. Darena Zlateva

Dr. Darena Zlateva was born on the 15th of November, 1962 in the city of Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Dr. Zlateva became a medical doctor in 1986 when she graduated from the Plovdiv Medical University, after which she pursued a PhD degree in Immunology in the Moscow Immunology Institute, which she successfully completed in 1991. Dr. Zlateva’s hunger for knowledge is further exemplified by her post-doctoral qualification in Biochemistry (1994) from the Sofia Medical Academy, and her mastery of English, Spanish, Russian and fluency in French and Italian. Dr. Zlateva has since worked as an assistant professor in the Biochemistry Department in the Sofia Medical Academy between 1995 and 2008, after which she relocated to the heart of the European Union – Brussels, where she has been working as a Scientific and Administrative Manager for the European Medical Association and an Expert Evaluator for the Research Executive Agency (REA), which is part of the European Commission.

Due to her vast academic and practical experience, Dr. Zlateva has an expertise in Project Management, an in-depth knowledge of European Union policies, and an ability to easily adapt to multicultural environments and work at an international level.
