On August 1, 2022, Nika BioTechnology, Inc. (NIKA) signed a cooperation agreement with Nika Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Colorado corporation that holds the rights for production and distribution for six prescription drugs and eight dietary supplement. Pursuant to the agreement, all development of the prescription drugs and dietary supplements, both current and future, shall be jointly developed by both parties.

NIKA and Nika Pharmaceuticals, Inc. will finance the costs of production and distribution in equal parts and will distribute the net profit in equal parts. NIKA will have a leading role in the management of the process of market development for the territories of North America, South America, Asia and Australia and Nika Pharmaceuticals will have a leading role in the market development for the territories of Europe and Africa.
